MedHawk's 7 Steps to Successful Recruiting Campaign:
Initiating the Search
Your practice opportunities will be displayed on our "available opportunities" page on our web site. To ensure your opportunity gets the most exposure we will initiate a (an):
- Tailor made advertisement campaign
- Mass email from our exclusive database featuring all AMA physicians.
- Contact residency training programs
- Office based calls
- Preference-based marketing
- Skill marketing
- Retained firm with flexible options for our clients
Detailed Screening Process & Background Checks
The second step to a successful recruiting campaign is to have a detailed screening process. This allows us to truly identify the client's needs and match them with the candidate's wants. We begin this process by interviewing our possible candidates to determine professional, financial, and personal goals.
Our consultants will confirm license and board certification prior to the presentation process. As the candidates submit their CV, our consultants will assist in making sure that all necessary information is included (i.e. job history gaps, job changes, licenses, medical school, medical boards/certifications).
We will ask the candidate of any malpractice cases pending decisions or past judgments. We will request for the candidate to write these out in a document available for client's review.
Listening and Understanding Skills
At MedHawk we have an old fashion approach to communicating with our candidates and clients. We value the often over looked quality of being a good listener. Through of a series of conversations with the candidates and their families, our consultants will determine how each candidate's attributes can best benefit each opportunity.
Interview Preparations
Candidates will be provided with a complete interview itinerary and MedHawk will assist with travel arrangements. We will make sure that we cater to the candidate's interests and that they see what is important to their new community.
MedHawk's consultants will meet with the candidates prior to their interview and go over the opportunity once again and address any last minute questions. We will also have a post interview to discuss the opportunity. Consultants will provide contract negotiations. Your consultant will meet you for a celebration lunch or dinner once you finalize the contract.
Your Recruiter is "On Call"
MedHawk's mission statement is to match our clients/candidates needs and exceed their expectations. In order to fulfill this mission, we feel that your personal recruiter should be available to you at all times. We understand that questions and concerns that you may have due not always occur during the hours of 8-5 pm Monday thru Friday. If a candidate's spouse has a question during a weekend shopping spree or round of golf, we want there to be an open line of communication.
We want to prove to you how dedicated we are to our clients and candidates. Even Mari C. Hawkins, our Founder & Chief Recruiting Officer is always "on call." Call her (949) 973-8542.
Securing Proven Candidates
We strive to provide each opportunity with the highest quality candidates. As discussed above, we have a detailed screening process that allows MedHawk to deliver only the most qualified candidates. The pool of candidates that we narrow our selection down to, allow for us to draw upon the most sought after candidates.
Seeing the Process All the Way Through
We will see the process all the way though. Our goal is to stay in touch with the candidates far after the contract has been negotiated and they have begun their new practice. Your consultant is always here for you and your relationship will be ongoing. We want to make sure that you are happily adjusting into your new practice and community. Whether we can help you with the relocation process or assisting you in the search for new office space, our resources in the medical community are here for your convenience.
